Each licensee must register in the Licensure Gateway in order to submit and maintain licensure applications and information
with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy.
Individuals may also register to submit an application for a NEW facility or Pharmacy Benefit Manager permit.

below and supply the permit number and type. This will give you the list of current admins on that permit. If you are not listed, select
Not Found and enter your information as directed to create a profile as an admin for the permit.
